ASTS Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings should be made on a booking form by email, post or fax.
Course fees are payable in advance.
No distance learning materials will be dispatched until the appropriate fee is received by ASTS.
Classroom bookings should be made at least 21 days prior to commencement of the course.
A VAT invoice will be issued in all cases.
ASTS reserves the right to refuse admittance to delegates for whom the course fee has not been paid.
Attending an ASTS Security Course is no guarantee of employment within the industry.
Refunds will be made as follows for cancellations received in writing:
1.- at least 21 days prior to course - 100% of cost
2.- 7-21 days prior to course - 75% of cost
3.- less than 7 days prior to course - 25% of cost
4.- failure to attend without notice will result in the full course fees being applied
Candidate substitutions may be made at any time on all courses described
We reserve the right to amend fees and modify course materials or substitute speakers without notice
